Upload files
After adding a product to the basket, you will find a green “upload” link to the right of the product description in the basket. Clicking this link will cause a smaller window to open and allow you to browse for your file and upload it. When your artwork has finished uploading you will see a message below it informing you that the upload is complete and allowing you to “close” the window if you have no more artwork to upload for that particular product.
Please upload the files for each product in the basket separately to avoid confusion.
If you were unable to upload your artwork during your order please use the below upload button and follow the instructions above. Remember to input as much of the information in the fields provided as possible so that we can match the artwork to your job and contact you if there are any issues.

Please note that the upload file size limit is 100MB. To upload larger files contact us at artwork@hippoprint.co.uk so we can send ftp details.
Please ensure that all uploaded files meet our artwork spec and that all files are fully uploaded at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid delays in the delivery of your job.
