Deliveries

We pride ourselves on our next day printing service, and whilst we are ever trying to reduce the timeline from order to delivery, there are certain criteria that must currently be met. These are laid out in our delivery terms below, our artwork specifications and our terms and conditions.
Please contact us for guaranteed am delivery, same day delivery, to arrange collection or for orders after 2pm that require next day delivery.
Please read all of our delivery terms below before placing an order:
- A single delivery to one destination on the next working day is FREE so long as the transaction is completed and artwork uploaded by 2pm on a working day and all other terms are met.
- Guaranteed Saturday morning delivery is available at an additional charge.
- A valid phone number is mandatory at the point of purchase for any delivery deadlines to be ensured.
- Where print ready artwork is uploaded and payment cleared by 2pm on a working day the printing will be delivered on the following working day (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and other occasions clearly specified on this site).
- Next day delivery is for Great Britain, excluding Highlands and islands.
- We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as acts of God, strike, war, but not exclusive of other events.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses beyond the value of the printing, incurred either directly or indirectly as a result of the products not being delivered on time.
- We guarantee to have your printing with the relevant delivery service by their cut off time for delivery by the agreed date, so long as all other criteria in this, the delivery terms, the design specifications and all terms and conditions are met.
- A tracking number is available on request.
- We will not be liable for failures in the delivery service.
- We will not be held responsible for failure on your part to have someone available to accept the parcel.
- Failure to have your printing with the delivery service by the relevant cut-off for delivery by the expected date will be compensated with credit towards future purchases amounting to 30% of the value of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
- You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery. Marking the delivery note, "unchecked", "not opened", or similar will not change this.
- If there are any delays caused by events beyond our control we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date or a refund.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any amount greater than the total cost of the job.
